hi, have looked on forums but not come up with an answer, i have just put "thunderbike" pipes from new zealand on my 06 speedy and now want to put a freak airbox kit on, does anyone know the correct jets for this setup, many thanks

With stock needles & pilot jets:
Sea Level: 160 mains
2-3000 ft: 159 mains
above 4000ft: 158 mains

IMO those mains would be too large. When I checked the calculator the largest main shown with those pipes & K&N pods was a 155. From my perspective that is more credible upper limit.

I have been running stock 42 pilots, the tbike pipes , freak and tbs needles in my 03 Speedmaster since about 2004 and this combo has worked flawlessly for me. This bike has been driven hard since day 1 with no problems. Tried 152's to start but that was way to rich. My altitude ranges from about 2700 ft. at home to as low as 1000 ft. When traveling.

Not sure how restrictive the Tbike pipes are but I run gutted stock pipes and K&N pods at 1800 feet above sea level with 155 mains and 48 pilot and am pretty close to where the a/f ratio should be on a dyno. My AI is removed.
