Mark, I recently (I think like this past Septenber) had to replace my clutch cable. My BA came with 12 inch apes and the previous owner had custom throttle cables & front brake line fabbed at a local shop. I had to order the replacement clutch cable (+6 inches over stock) from Barnett Performance Products & it took about 2 weeks to get (mostly cause the shop I went through spaced off actually placing the order with Barnett). I bet Barnett can fab the clutch & throttle cables for you without any issue. You might check you local shop as some will "custom" fab cables on the spot but they may be a bit pricey.
