Good question. I don't think the fender is the issue but the back seat or my Corbin backrest. But I don't have a backrest on the Rocket (yet) but I might bungee it to the back seat when I ride and wearing it when not. Looks like the bigger bags, the R30 and R35, might sag down low enough to be a problem.
I'm still looking. There are reviews of various bags on YouTube so I've fallen down THAT rathole today...
