Yeah, they are closed until Tuesday , but I am going to call the owner and try and hammer this out. There is only one other dealer in all of Pheonix and surrounding communities, I have already decided that in the future should the need arise, I will go there.
On another note, I am not without mechanical skills, it's just that I have weighed the cost of buying the specialized tools required to adjust valves and carburetors and I'm just not sure cost would be worth it for the limited amount of use they would get.
