Got to hand it to Eddy. My bike went down a while ago and my truck just crapped out a few days ago. Ordered a procom cdi and a brake rotor for Shiela tuesday night and it was here in the mail friday in just enough time for me to throw the parts on and head to work. i had also ordered a tire from him that i needed asap but before i went to sleep tuesday i had an email from him saying it would take a while for the tire. ended up canceling the tire cause i needed it fast and went to my local bike shop (cringe). his customer service cant be beat imho. Shiela is alive and rumblin again....just need to play around with the map downloads now.

 Yeah, ya know, come to think of it Adam, I believe I HAVE heard this same sort of positive feedback before about this Eddy guy around here. (...yep, I guess he must be pretty good, eh?!)

Yup, Eddy's got my business for any OEM replacement parts for sure. His level of customer service and delivery is as far as I can tell unparalleled compared to (winch) local shops.

He even personally delivered and installed several accessories for me here in Greece a few years ago (no kidding!). Now that was impressive!

Eddy gets my business even when sometimes he isn't the lowest price, because he is just so reliable and when you call him he answers the phone Himself! He bends over backward to treat you right and you can't put a price on that. Big fan!

To be honest, I don't know how eddy does it. When you consider his personal life plus his 'real' job combined with the fasteddy business it's truly amazing what he does. He doesn't miss a heartbeat. Gratitude prevails in the hearts of many!

A big kudos to Eddy for supplying me the much needed Amsoil when no one else would and in a country I would have had to take out a small loan to buy it locally. Thanks Eddy!! I will be buying you a beer when I return back home and roll through your neck of the woods!
