Yeah - I believe it's the booking.com website. They only have a set number of rooms.

I noticed this last year when I did the Thunder To Bled tour with Ivan and a group from the UK. I tried to book the hotels around my area (Germany, Austria and Slovenia) and was told 'full booked'. So then I called/emailed the hotels and they all had rooms, sometimes a euro or two cheaper than booking.com too!




They probably have rooms Lee, they will be just sold out of the rooms allocated to booking.com. So if you contact the hotel I am sure you will be fine. I tend to book way in advance (almost as soon as I unpack from the last trip). Everyone (11) booked using booking.com for the full Thunder to the Bloc tour.

Looks like a terrific trip and I am sure it will surpass the expectations. Shame I can't make it again this year (been saying maybe next year for about 5 years now).
