Nope, it's a matter of pride to me that my bikes have never seen a trailer and get ridden to any location I take them.
My bike has never been on a trailer or on a truck. That said, Many of the places I'd like to ride are one to three days hard riding away. I wouldn't mind taking a home away from home to a place with lots of good places to ride and then spend my days riding twisties or or scenic byways rather than spend most of my time just getting there. Tow a small car behind that outlaw so my wife can do her thing while I go riding. Maybe along with another couple.
Park in Flagstaff, ride through Sedona and over the mountains to Prescott, steal some cigars from Dwight and ride back. Sounds like a good day!
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
