Yep, that would be a nice option to have again, Jim.

And Ryk, I agree too. But, this brings up something I've said for years and every time this sort of thread is started, and that is that they should've made a "Bonneville "R" model years ago. And by "R"(or whatever code-designation ya want) I'm talking about a factory-built and readily available at the dealership Bonneville model with a larger displacement, like say pushing the 1000cc mark, and with much better suspension units front and rear to handle the increased power on the road.

(...in other words, once again, there was NO reason why Triumph's overall thinking in regard to their twin-cylinder air-cooled line should have been that these machines be solely "built to a lower cost" and not have a model along of them on the showroom which would've shown that these babies can perform somewhat equally with some of the slightly more expensive motorcycles out there on the market)
