Like anything else, first it gets worse, then it gets better. Hang in there. Not smoking won't kill you, so it must make you stronger. At least in CA, 1 pack costs about 1.5 galons of gas. So, when you think of giving up and buying a pack, consider that it is going to cost you some 60 - 80 miles of riding.
