Modified design to solve the wobbling Original Design
Bare in mind that the the gap between the two struts that connect to the origional mounting are a couple of mm out. I used washers to fill the gap (but if i was doing it right I'd measure twice before cutting

)
Lights The lights were 5 1/4 Bates style headlamp shells (with no light in). You can get these for varying prices or from a breakers.
The lights themselves were Cibie Headlights which were combined with some kick ass bulbs to give me BRIGHT light (not the dull yellow/white of my old lights)
The lights click together nicely, click in with the bracket nicely and then all you need is your writing. I looked at doing it myself but i'm both lazy and busy so i found
this Guy who makes relays and he shipped a cable across to me.
from that point i just wired it to my battery, plugged it into the existing light socket thing and it was all good.
It's a lazy solution but it's quick and I didn't have to re-wire anything - just bolt off and bolt on.
Hope that helps!
