The PB$J sammich is great with cold milk. I found a dairy where I can get non pasteurized, non homogenized milk.......now thats the stuff. This guy don't use herbicides in his pasture he cuts weeds down by hand.

Just made a big batch of my own home made BBQ or Sloppy Joe, or Wimpy or what ever you want to call it. Nothing better puts all that ready made and canned stuff to shame.

I forgot the peanut butter comes from another farmer who grinds them himself..... no additives; no sugar, no salt. Great with honey.
Yep I'm one of those guys that eat organic foods when ever possible. Its working too....I'm down to the last hole in my belt. All my pants are getting baggy too.

Okay, I can understand the fried spam (in super-saturated fats, I assume) on white (bleached and enriched flour) toasted bread being the cat's meow but... but for Gawd's sake please enlighten us and me as to what kind of cheese you're using. Speaking of sammiches... Momma and I were driving around Northern Virginia last weekend and somehow wound up in Philly at Geno's Steaks for lunch. First authentic Philly Cheese Steak sammich for either of us. Gotta say I was not that impressed.
