Triumph is not competing with Victory.

Of course they're not, at 3000-4000 bikes a year over a range of 10-12 models (or whatever), Victory doesn't even register on Triumph's radar ... nor on anyone else's, for that matter.

The mega cruiser market is dominated by HD and it's a piece of that pie Victory are after.

From motorcycle-usa.com regarding the Judge ... "Victory reps made no bones about having the Fat Boy in their sites".

Could you show us the financials for Triumph for their numbers during the recession. Not a news article, the numbers. Triumph dropped over 20,000 bikes a year for 3 years in the recession but will not even talk about it. I am surprised you pushed so hard for numbers on Victory.

Please provide the Triumph financials for 2011. Its only fair.

Nobody outside of England or Georgia knows how many bikes Triumph does or does not make. The extracted numbers for Victory are right around 9,000 for 2011, a whole lot less than Triumph we think.

I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.
