Thats it exactly. I wasn't expecting $400 quality for $50 and wasn't even that upset when the zip broke,its the whole exchange process SNAFU.

Well,the good news is my replacement chaps arrived today (1/21/12). The bad new is that I returned them on 12/23/11 so it took a month for them to do an exchange.

CRAP SERVICE.....I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
