You do have to take it in NC, she just hasn't yet (unless you're 'grandfathered' in, like me). Ruthie tried to talk her down, suggesting a smaller dual sport, preferably used, for a few months before she commits to bankruptcy for a garage ornament. The reality is, should she actually go through with it, it HAS to say Harley on the tank. That is a bigger requirement than the number of wheels.
