And how long has that rumor (about the black boxes in cars) been going around, at least for about 10 years. I remember hearing about that kind of stuff back in the late 90's. Sure it's possible, and technically feasible, but the Constitution still forbids invasion of privacy, although thanks to the Bush and Obama administrations and the abomination we call the Patriot Act, who knows any more....
