Well-as a McCain republican, I was not going to enter into this, then someone called Hanoi John Kerry a Hero, and I could not resist. I spent 20 years in the military and did two tours in Vietnam. I have read every official record that has been made available to the public about Kerry's actions in Vietnam, including his officer efficiency reports. I have discussed those documents with a number of other former and current officers familiar with the combat action reporting system and efficiency reporting system in Vietnam at the time. I am convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that Kerry is a liar and a coward. His purple hearts are phony and the so-called official navy record of his principle action was clearly written by Kerry when he managed to place himself in a postion to do so, because the officer who should have written the after action report was engaged elsewhere. That report is a fraud. His efficiency reports are full of "damning with faint praise" statements, which is the standard method of getting of incompents in the officer corps. I am no fan of GW, and might even vote for some credible middle of the road democrat, but never this coward, or the woman who would remain married to that other coward.
