Just like all the BS about how bad it is to dump oil on the ground and antifreeze. Some people I have known since I was a teenager own a junkyard where we spent all summer every summer pumping waste oil on the roads to keep the dust down and we cut radiator hoses when stripping the cars where they sat in the yard. Pull a tranny and all that would dump on the ground too. That yard has been run the way since the 1950s. The EPA came in in the early 2000s to inspect and test for contamination and they got a top notch rating and the place was completely clean and it has never been cleaned up in anyway. So again I say political BS.
