Well before Christmas I bought myself a set of Adjure black dot lights for the headlight and aux lights. I had one problem after another with lots of blown fuses. The last bit of problems had to do with the headlight. It kept flickering and occasionally blowing the fuse. I would take the light out and couldn't find anything wrong everything checked out with the multimeter. Plus I was getting the dreaded click no start. Figured out that was part of the headlight fuse. Anyway the problem was inside of of the H4 bulb. A little piece of metal was in there bouncing around. Some times it would just make things flicker other times it would get stuck and short it out good. I changed the bulb and now all is right with the world. The lights look cool but it was a challenge.

The Adjure lights are nothing more than a pretty face, but a nice face at that (I run with an Adjure headlight). The H4 bulb is just a generic, run of the mill, made in China bulb so it doesn't surprise me you had a problem with it. I replaced the H4 in my headlight and driving lights with PIAA bulbs and WOW, what a difference!

I did the same... swapped out that, well, those bulbs for some PIAAs.
I say those cause I run a matched set of Blue Dot Tri Bars. :thumb up:
