Aaah, White Spar! I missed that road so much that was only a half mile from the house in Prescott, that for the first time this past Sunday and since we moved to Sedona three weeks ago, I hopped on the BA and rode over to there to partake of that most fun road that I've found in northern AZ.

And now onto the subject of this year's SWTF ride itinerary...

I'm thinkin' this year's main Saturday ride will be about a 3-4 hour jaunt, starting in Sedona and taking AZ Hwy89A south to Cottonwood and onto Jerome and having lunch there. After lunch, we'll backtrack back to Cottonwood on AZ 89A north to south Page Springs Rd, and then onto Cornville Rd going east, and then Beaverhead Flats Rd going northeast, and then onto AZ 179(aka Red Rock Scenic Byway) north back to Sedona...a total of maybe 100-110 miles. Not too short and not too long, I would say.

So, what do you folks think? Does that sound okay?

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
