I can check on the construction closer to that day but staying on 33 and skipping II would be a good thing if they are working on that road. II is a pretty good hill with very sharp curves that would suck when covered with gravel.

there are a couple of good alternatives to CR II off of SR 162. I am expecting to be in that area in the next 2 weeks and will check it out.
CR II is a wicked road with a disturbingly steep down hill hair pin turn at the end of a switch back.
