 Perhaps I under-estimated just how loud a these bike could be.. I have awoken the beast.. and she is pissed.

Those the Emgos? I had the reverse-cones on mine for several years and finally switched over to Thrush Cherrybombs. The reverse-cones were cheap and light, but the packing all blew out within 1k miles -- repacked them repeatedly, and every time they were emptied out in short order.
That, and I just got sick of the noise. The Thrush cans are still plenty loud, but they tone back the harsh raspy end.

Man....that is KOOOOL! I've got the bogus cocktails setup on my old Norton...need to get the good ones. Oh, I dig the seat (Bellacourse?) and grips too..nicely understatedly boss ride.

That's a beautiful bike! I especially like the larger front wheel look. Is that just because if the white walls and no fender or is it the big wheel kit?
White seat also a nice touch for that. Bobber look.
