I dropped my Triumph 2002 America the other day negotiating a tight turn in a parking lot. It fell on on the left side and the clearview windscreen broke off on the left side from the top to the bottom in two pieces. The break is clean. I can piece it back together and there are no gaps.
A few questions.
What kind of material is a clearview screen? Is it polycarbonate or acrylic?
Can this material be welded back together by acetone or some other product like IPS Weld on Glue?
