Brad and Phil, thanks for the info, you guys did the research and the trials, I just made a bracket with a little bit from both of you. I made mine from 0.050 Aircraft Alclad Aluminum. 2" upper lip, extends down 5" behind the bag. The plate is 6" wide. I drilled 2 holes in the bag and bolted the bag to the plate with 10/32 screws and fiber lock nuts. I will probably paint it(Red of course, match the bike and the fastest color)when the temps get above 50F in the garage. It was too dark in the garage tonight, I'll get the wife to get some pics tomorrow.She's the photographer I'm just the mechanic. Maybe two more weeks and the America will be on the road again.
