Good stuff, I made a set of both items a few years ago for my Valkyrie (former ride). Was fortunate to have extra Memphis Shades clamps to use on the forks. The lowers made an incredible difference in the buffeting from under the shield and up under the tank. Had a local sign guy bend them 15 degrees- as flat, they don't look very good.
The hand windshields as I called them were made from Home Depot lexan and bent (curved) with a heat gun. A hair dryer will not work, nor will a toaster oven-trust me.
Will be building the same for my '10 America in the next few weeks.
