I'm not a very sophisticated whiskey drinker, have always drank pretty much Jack or Beam with ice or water. You guys might probably know, but aren't all Canadian whiskeys blended? Most I've ever tried taste like perfume to me, but maybe my palate is just burned out on sour mash. I'll have to try your recommendations over the holidays, thanks.
