The shower looks good, plenty of shelves. And the seat is a good idea if you ever get laid up a little. Toilet is a toilet, as long as you get one of the "taller" ones, 17" or more. They are so much more comfortable for adults. I'll bet I have replaced at leat 30 old fashioned short toilets for taller ones in the last two years as part of my remodels. Can't imagine why the old ones were so darn short, except for kids.
