So, we got to work today, Traci rode the America, and at noon, it won't start. It tries to turn over a few turns then goes to making a clicking noise like a car does when it's battery is gone.
So I go get a new battery, and in installing in (in the dark) I get the terminals backwards and, arch off for just a small spark or two then realize what I've done.
So I switch the terminals/wires to their correct places and.... no power. No headlight, no start nothing.
Now this is my first Triumph, and I got no manual with it so, have I nuked a fuse? is so WHERE THE HECK ARE THEY!!! Of couse its dusk outside and I can't see well in the parkinglot lighting so I'll have to do this tomorrow but where do I look?
Is this probably what happened or did I burn up something more serious?
Help appreciated...
