The 09 is efi and the 06 is carbs so I'm wondering what trouble I'm goin to run into swapping out these motors. I want to put the 09 into my 06 I want to keep my carbs. The 09 will not start but I think the injectors are stopped up. I don't want to buy new injectors. Call me old fashioned but I like carbies ....I like tinkering with them. I also wonder how hard it would be to install my 790 cams into the head as well.
I want to do this while I send my 790 to have the 1200cc big bore kit put in.
