They have a fish in Japan called Aji and is served in a similar way to your lobster. They filet that sucker so fast and put it on a pair of sticks that it is still wiggling and gasping by the time it is put down in front of you at the table! I have to admit...damn thing tastes pretty awesome but it was something different to get used to...
