great ideas and great sites. Agreed the click track should likley be first, we do something in 4/4 time keep it simpple then lay down the others, then when done go back to the drums and lay down another track with either rolls or added symbols etc, pretty tough to do that at first of course until we know how the song will go. I don't have much for digital recording but i have a buddy who will sell me a tascam 8 track 2gig card for about 150 bucks, all this talk about this stuff has re-peaked my desire to get something down. so that should help me contribute, apparently it will also burn cd's and open and save as .wave etc etc.
