Hey Eric... sorry to hear about the misfire you're experiencing. You registered sometime back so maybe you've looked at some threads here concerning problems similar to yours. Often the culprit in these cases turns is a faulty coil or CDI but not always. When I first got my bike it started misfiring on the left. Not always but when it did, it would misfire or I'd loose the left cylinder altogether. It turned out to be bad connections to the coil. The sleeve connectors were loose and one was barely hanging there. Once I slid the connectors into place (and squeezed the female side tighter with pliers) everything was back to normal.
