Hows the cider kit It looks interesting. my mom and i have talked about doing wine but that sounds better.


Actually pretty good! I think you have to be even better on with the timing than the regular beer kit...and it helps to let it age (cold-lager) after it's "finished". They have some various flavors and recipes. I didn't like the cherry that much, but the regular apple and the raspberry were pretty good. I make the comment about aging, cause I made a batch around Christmas time last year, and went through half the batch; half of them were okay and half weren't very good. I didn't finish drinking that batch until the end of August when I came home from Iraq for R&R, and half of them were okay and the other half were damn good!
