Interesting you should bring this up right about now. I just pulled a bottle of wine from a rack o' Chardonnay/Torrontes I made up back in May. Some of the guys from this site had a chance to sample AND favour it! Only 8 bottles left and man is it getting good. Torrontes is a white Argentinian grape variety that blends so well with a Chardonnay, or so I found out!
Time to start another batch or two or three!
