Biketoberfest 2011 is Thur., 10/13 thru Sun., 10/16.
The BEST gathering (IMHO) is the "Old School Chopper Show", presented by The Horse Backstreet Choppers magazine, and sponcered/held @ Willie's Tropical Tattoo in Ormond Beach on Thursday, 13, 12PM-4PM.
Rats/bobbers/chops, BBQ, bands, models avail.for photos of your bike, etc.
This is the only day that my son and myself are locked in to going. (No other riders going with us that day).
If I get home early enough Thurs. to set the bike up for two-up, then Fri. I'll be going with my son, wife, and a friend or two from work.
Sat. & Sun. are Iffy.
If anyone from cent./south Florida is going to Ormond Beach Thurs. for the Old School Chopper Show, let me know. We'll be going north from Orlando, (about 10AM), through Apopka, Mt. Plymouth, Deland, Ormond. (all backroads).
No plans for Friday (routes/times/destinations), so send a line if going.
Ditto for Sat/Sun.
