Funny, had a couple pairs of Frye harness boots in the late 60s, early 70s. No self respecting hippy didn't own a pair. Great look though, timeless.
I was wearing a pair of those back in `71 when I crashed and busted my leg in two. Those boots saved me from a compound fracture and I darn near cried with they cut the one off with shears and complete disregard for their intrinsic value.
