The fender rails and turn signals look good in black, like that's how they should be on a Speedmaster. Side note: personally, I would remove the side cover so the ratchet strap does not rub on it or have a chance of breaking the tabs while on the lift.

Absolutely!
Love the touches you've done, Mike!
And, those covered shocks look perfect on it, too! What brand are those?
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Mike, you and I have a lot of the same taste. I like what you are doing a lot. I have been wanting to do something similar to my flyscreen too. Keep it up.

I'm not experienced with bike lifts yet Mike. What's the go with the timber under the front & back wheels?

I usually put it up like that over the winter so the wheels are not on any cold concrete and its a bit more solid in case its accidentally bumped or something during storage. The lifts are great from side to side (sturdy) but not so much front to back. If i have to do allot or torquing then i will put the blocks under it as well, just to be safe.

I installed those Hagans late last season I think you should like them. They allow for a huge range of adjustment from floating down the highway like a big ole Harley to very stiff for carrying wives or packing heavy for a long trip.

Looking good my friend. I've kinda been wondering what my bike would like with a screen and you answered my question. Strong work.

If you don't mind sharing, where did you get the fly screen. I have been looking for a painted version. Most are either clear or shaded, but not painted. and the shape is good too.
Very nice job, your bike looks great.

well a couple things this winter, i think she is pretty much done now though, put the driving lights on, had them powder coated etc to match the headlight i also cut the bar a bit shorter and moved the lights in about an inch on each side, also put in the diamond lens like the headlight, i took off the oem front turn signals and put rivco led/mirror ones, i like them, also changed up the badges on the tank, i like these ones much better, and the little visor on the speedometer and i did the chrome thing around the tank and just the tips of the fenders, i am not sure i like they way they are unfinished (you can't see on these pics) i think that's it LOL

Zero-Rust/Black is almost a perfect match to a Speedmaster's engine cases, sprocket cover, etc. No clear coat needed, I do an initial light coat, wet sand lightly, do the finish coat and side by side, it's hard to tell factory or poof can apart.
