2" up, the exact length of the replacement (bottom) springs that come with the progressive spring set when you are dropping the front, just have not done that part yet, i dropped the new springs in and then raised the forks, one thing though is that you don't loose any internal travel which i like, but now and again i wish i did not see them stick up like that. Works good though.

Mine set up an inch and no spring change. Thought yours looked higher. I like how this makes the front end respond quicker for turning into corners.
