According to my manual the fuel level is just above the mating surface of the float bowl and the main body, that puts it well above the main jet. I know there is probably a good reason for not using them and I would like to know it. the short ride I took down the road a mile and then back went fine. Does anyone know what will happen if I leave them in?????????
