lylesdo, be very careful if you narrow your seat. I have a 2011 America & had the seat shaved, what ends up happening is your sitting on your tailbone. This problem led me to having a custom seat made & I could not be more happy, I may have posted pics and info already (sorry, I'm too lazy this morning to search threads). My seat was made by rockybags.com, it cost $450.00 for the seat and pill. I use to be good for about 100 miles now I am at the 400 mile range which is not bad for a 60 year old guy with back problems.
