What I really hate is on a commercial or newscast when people end.
A sentence prematurely because they are getting ahead of the teleprompter and paying absolutely no attention to what they are saying.
This is happening more and more lately, even the president does it a lot. People are starting to do it in regular conversation because they are beginning to think it is the proper thing to do.
