just google or go to YouTube and search, depending on the grips you buy one might include the throttle tube attached , then lift one side of the clutch grip , spray some wd40 etc down the sides to loosen the glue and pull it off, clean it up, apply glue to the new one and slide it on quick (the glue sets fast. For the throttle you open up the throttle assembly and the throttle grip can be removed (its not glued) the replace with the new one, tighten it all up and you should be good to go; try and gt a grip that includes the throttle tube in it, otherwise you have to remove the factory one from the tube and thats a pain to to and put back on the new grip.
