I ordered those grips from Dennis Kirk, and I love them. They are one of my favorite additions to my bike. They come pre assembled with the throttle tube. Just a matter of slipping your old grips off and the new ones on. I used a thin screwdriver to pry up the edges of the stock grips and sprayed a litlle wd- 40 in there and the old grips slide right off intact. The new grips are a little longer than stock so you have to loosen the control switches and slide them inboard about an inch. Then I smeared a little rubber cement inside the new grips(work quickly as it sets up pretty fast) and slid them into place. Connect the throttle cables and go for a ride. Easy peasy. BTW the grips are for a Honda, but they are a perfect fit. Here's a link.
