You need a combination of various gizmos. Spray some liquid wrench or something similar on the top side of the bowls screws and let set over night. Be careful you dont strip out the heads as most triumph screws are made of candle wax
Get on Fasy Eddys or Newspeedmaster. com and order a set of stainless carbs screws. Great investment. You can do this.
