I used to love the Mopar cars but the last two I've had (a Durango and a Caravan) (1) developed terminal illness before their time and, (2) the dealership could not be bothered to try and fix them. JD Power, and other services, indicate that this was about the norm.
I'll never buy another.
The last two 'new' vehicles I've bought were a Saturn and a Ford truck. Indestructible. Why GM ditched the Saturn and Pontiac (aimed at young adults) and kept the Buick (aimed at those with months to live) is completely beyond me. Especially since they also kept the Caddy. Such decisions might have something to do with how they got in such dire straits.
