Bonneville America Forums Forums Technical Forums General Tech Clutch lever moving about?!

A while back I dropped my bike and snapped the clutch lever right by the pivot (some may remember the epic bodge) so I bought an aftermarket replacement which was identical but half the price. Yesterday I noticed it seemed to be moving a lot before I get resistance on the lever. The pin that goes through the lever at the pivot point seems to be a helluva lot narrower than the hole in the lever. It almost looks as if there should be a spacer in there. Any thoughts?

is it too soft, and wearing or need bushing ?
When I broke my Clutch lever off.. Dropped it ..shhhh..
got a Triumph replacement from the Stealer ..had to order it
but fitment and all was great .. I remember the cost was a bit steep .. but kept me from droppin her again .. lol

It's not worn but the pin had vibrated a little loose which is why I noticed the movement. I'm going to make up a copper bush for it, should do the job. I didn't go for triumph stock as the original lever was made of garbage.
