I agree its not the gobermit nor teachers nor even holly wierd's fault that some peoples little beasties are animals. Its their own because they have poor values. And failed to impart the need of said values to their monsters. I don't believe any teacher took that job because they thought it would be an easy living or with malevolent intent. They did it cause they wanna help children. If there is fault here its years of baby sitting the little animals that ruined the teacher. As far as the gobermit goes hell they don't do much right so why would we entrust them with our chirens. If you let MTV raise your monsters then they can grow up and be snookie that's still your own damned fault.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.
