Not all or even most under educated people as you put have terrible kids who can't or will not learn. Many under educated people work hard to see to it that their children have opportunity that they themselves didn't get. I personally think society is a better place with these people than the ones who had wonderful educations and raised up little arse holes. Which there are plenty of. The solution to the problem of children who choose not to learn but be disruptive is a good value system. Some of the most productive and generally good people that I know are "under educated", and some of the true ****** heads are highly educated.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.
