Talking about the less intelligent or least equipped to make babies. The poorest, least educated areas of the world and in this country seems to make the most babies.
Why is that? Are they actually so IQ diminished they really don't know how to stop them? Once you send those kids to the school with no help from home, sometimes not even running water the cycle is continued. This child will be left behind the others for his or her whole life. I use that as a general assertion, there are exceptions.
No teacher can be prepared for that challenge and continue to give the rest of the classroom his / her attention.
