Ok on union they just go to far now, we need to protect the workers or like you said the companies would run rough shot over the workers. However too many times is the case now that they run rough shot over the employers. Too many american companies are gone because its cheaper to ship and pay import or export taxes along with the other added expense of expediting the affairs of operating in another country, than to pay Americans. I am sure there is a tipping point with that, and a reasonable compromise.
