You failed to understand what I said. Anti intellectualism is a Hollywood stereo type. That does not mean that people had to allow it to become true. So it is the peoples fault not Hollywood they could have tuned out and turned off or just took it for what it is.

If you would read some Stagg and Carl Sandburg (I think that's his last name I'll find out later for sure) its pretty revealing.
